Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned (marked at checkout).
- Furniture & Large Items: Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How to Return
- Request a Return: Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid label (U.S. only) or a carrier of your choice.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently offer store credit only. To exchange an item:
- Return the original product following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item/packaging
- A brief description of the issue
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.
- Refunds exclude original international shipping charges.
